Dr. Get In Focus provides coaching, consultation, resources, and strategies to help adults manage ADHD. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or therapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for any conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You understand that our services are for guidance and support, not medical treatment. You will not use our services for unlawful or prohibited activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or personal information related to your account.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and digital payment services. You may cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. No Medical or Psychological Advice

Dr. Get In Focus does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological services. Our coaching and consultations are intended for educational and self-improvement purposes only. If you require medical or psychiatric care, please consult a licensed professional.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations, or court orders). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Get In Focus and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. By using our services, you agree to release Dr. Get In Focus from any claims or liabilities related to your use of our services.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Dr. Get In Focus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, are the property of Dr. Get In Focus and are protected under copyright laws.
